    I have emailed support three days ago and have not heard from them. Disappointing.

    Please help…

    I have the Automatic Teachable Student Enrollment for WooCommerce plugin.
    It works GREAT, except for one thing. See linked image.
    –The customer was logged into my website with her yahoo address.
    –But her payment was linked to her gmail address.
    This transaction created a new account in our Teachable (using the gmail address) and added the class.

    The class should have been attributed to the classroom account using the yahoo address.

    Please advise.

    This has happened to about a dozen of my customers now.

    This plugin always grabs the customer’s billing email instead of user email. that’s why it’s happening like this.

    RE: billing address
    Can I issue a Feature Request for the website owner to be able to choose which address to enroll in?

    I’m sure you can understand that for Teachable, the user will very likely have a different billing email associated with their payment. When that happens, the plugin applies the enrollment incorrectly. That is very frustrating for both the student and the school.

However, we need to more discuss about your this topic ” Can I issue a Feature Request for the website owner to be able to choose which address to enroll in?” . as per your requirement it’s need to add a new option at our pro plugin for you. since, you are our pro user so please contact at this [email protected] mail for more discussion.
