enrolling wrong address

I have emailed support three days ago and have not heard from them. Disappointing.
Please help…I have the Automatic Teachable Student Enrollment for WooCommerce plugin.
It works GREAT, except for one thing. See linked image.
–The customer was logged into my website with her yahoo address.
–But her payment was linked to her gmail address.
This transaction created a new account in our Teachable (using the gmail address) and added the class.The class should have been attributed to the classroom account using the yahoo address.
Please advise.
This has happened to about a dozen of my customers now.
