Ensure text remains visible during webfont load

    hello in Diagnostics section i get always this problem :

    Ensure text remains visible during webfont load

    i have tried to add this code to my css

    @font-face {

  font-style: normal;
	font-display: swap !important;
}

    i have also installed this plugin Swap Google Fonts Display
    but still have the same problem
    any suggestions please
