    Hi,
    How do I set up a form so that the client can enter their invoice number AND payment amount?

    I can’t find any good documentation for this plugin…. maybe I’m looking in the wrong place?

    I created a form using the screen shots but I get the following error message: This form has credit card fields, but no products or totals
