Enter custom author name, not just user's author name

  • Hi,

    I’m running a blog which requires me to put up a lot of articles by a lot of different people. Obviously, I don’t want to create a different account for each contributor. How, then, do I set it up so that each article can display a custom name, eg, ‘May 25th, 2014 by Author Name’?

    Any help would be much appreciated.
