Enter data in miltiple sessions

I wanted to know whether it is possible to entry the data in multiple sessions? What I meant is, I’ll have a set of fields which they will fill in the first week and save it. In the second week, they will have another set of questions and they will fill it. Also they should be able to enter new set of questions and previous week’s questions are not editable/hidden. Is that possible?
