Enter Email Address Error

  • Hey,

    I’m having issues with customers trying to join our mailing list. When they press subscribe after entering their name and email a message/error comes up saying “please enter email address.” The email address field has been filled out with correct address but it still won’t let them join our mailing list. Can someone please assist?

    UPDATE – only on the homepage widget it won’t work.

    @nrconcierge,

    Which version of WordPress & Email Subscribers you are using currently?
    Your browser’s console (ctrl+shift+j) has jQuery error. Try resolving that. Also, try de-activating all plugins except Email Subscribers and then have a check.
