Entered data in Contact Form 7 are not visible neither in Flamingo nor in E-mail

  • Dear Developer!
    I have tested the form on my site, it generates the E-Mail, when data are entered. Required fileds I have set are “Name” and “Phone number”. But after filling in of the form I do not see none of them neither in generated E-Mail, nor in Flamingo plugin.
    Could You please give some prompts?

  • Did you manage to fix this? I am having the same problem.

    My tests are working fine but the redirects to the thank you page tell me that we have way more submissions than Flamingo is telling me plus people are saying they’ve submitted forms but we don’t have their info.

    Hello, friend! Some external guy (outside of this forum) supported me.
    And his hint was to double-check the conctact form. Namely: “When You are creating the field of contact form, each of these fields receives the key and these keys You must enter to the E-Mails` template, which You are going to receive” – see the screen shot here https://prnt.sc/vs9hvf
