    Is there a way that when a visitor to my WordPress website fills in the plugin WP24 Domain Check, I get an email at the email address of the website administrator with the entered domain name?

    That is not possible, the checked domain names are not being tracked.
    This might properly lead to many emails, depending on how frequent the domain check is used.
