I am using the Constant Contact pop-up form. It looks and works beautifully, however, when someone enters their email address and clicks “Sign Up,” it prompts them to another window where they have to enter their email address again.

    1) Why is this happening? It doesn’t make sense to make someone enter their email address twice. I’d like them to enter this email address and then have it go directly to the home page (or to a Thank You page).

    2) Is there any way to direct them to a Thank You page after they have entered in their email address and clicked Sign Up?

Here is a link to the website with the pop-up:

Make sure that you only have the email address as required. If the name field is also required then yes Constant Contact see that the form is not completed because they have not entered in the name field. The name field is in the Pro version.

You do the redirection of the thankyou page in Constant Contact. The pro version use the Constant Contact API which allows you to add a thankyou page directly in Optin Revolution Pro but in the Lite version you will need to change the thank you page in Constant Contact.

    Hope that helps.

I am indeed using the Optin Revolution Lite. I only have an email field (not too sure if it is required or not) on my pop up; do I need to check “validate?” I have customized the entire pop up form in WordPress, using the Optin Revolution Lite plugin.

I am still a bit confused on how to get this to direct to my thank you page. I believe I set up everything correctly in Constant Contact … it’s been a while.

Feel free to have a look here:
