Entering manual donation amount

    I just started with the Give plugin for our website, and it is showing $0 of our target raised, although I do have funds that have already been raised that I would like to be reflected. How would I put those funds in so that the progress bar on the page accurately reflects what has already been raised?

    Hi there,

    It appears that your site is currently still in “Test Mode”. You’ll need to put Give in LIVE mode for your donations to be reflected correctly:

    If you have LIVE donations and you still don’t see progress, try the recalculate tools which you can learn about here:
    https://givewp.com/documentation/core/tools/data/

    Hi,

    Thank you for getting back to me @webdevmattcrom. The funds that have already been raised were not through the website/through the Give plugin. They were offline donations given prior to installing the Give plug-in, but I am trying to figure out how to make them reflect on the progress bar now that I have the plugin.

    Offline Donations have to be manually set to “Complete” in order to be reflected in the progress bar. They also have to be done in LIVE mode as well. So review whether they are complete and whether they show as in “Test mode” or not.

    If they are complete and live then try the recalculate tools I linked to above.
