Entering Province Data in Map View

Hello everyone,
I was trying to use a geo-chart for provinces for a specific country. While I was able to get the plugin to display the required view (country broken down into provinces), I have no idea how to populate the chart with data (either in CSV format or from google). The plugin seems to recognize country names just fine, but i don’t know how to identify individual provinces.
Any help would be much appreciated.
