Is there a way to enter shipping rates based on zip codes? All I’m seeing are by state. I tried manually entering zip codes, and it won’t let me. Most of the shipping rates I need entered are by state, but for one state (CA) different areas need to be charged different rates. I also need to set up a different rate for addresses in Washington, D.C. I feel like I’m missing something simple…

Scratch the DC thing, I found it, but I’m still trying to figure out how to add other locations based on zip codes. Setting up zones with these zip codes doesn’t work, I still receive an error of “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”

Hi zlows do you set correctly this table before to assign the rates in WBS?

    Yes, I have. That’s why I’m confused.

So for some reason it’s not working when I have the right set to 1. Each product is set at 1, so when I have 1 product in the cart, the weight is 1. I have the shipping rate set up to equal 1, yet it’s showing now shipping available. If I change this to a wider range, it works, but I can’t do that as the shipping calculations will be incorrect. For the time being, I’ve input, for example [0.5-1] instead of just 1… weird and a pain that I have to do that, but it’s working.

    Hi,

Could you provide screenshots of your shipping rules giving you no shipping options? What is order you are testing it with: number of items, their weights, order subtotal?
