Enterprise Licence Lacking support

If you’re paying extra for the Enterprise licence, you may be bitterly disappointed. They promise priority support within 48hrs – but they’ve now failed TWICE. First reminder after 3 days. It’s now 5 days and I don’t even have a ticket number or acknowledgment.
Refund requested and I’m now going to have to look around for another plugin that offers better support. Sorry.
