Entire Site Disappeared after adding JavaScript

    Hello,

    I was following this post in order to create a dynamic one page navigation (see #3. Dynamic One Page Navigation): https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/five-hacks-twenty-seventeen/#dynamic

    This was the instruction: “You could add this code to a JavaScript file loaded by a child theme” Not entirely clear and I apparently misunderstood but I thought the writer meant to add the code in editor so I put the script you see in the article in the child theme’s editor. The site completely disappeared. I can’t even log in to wp-admin. : \

    Important note: before the I was out of the editor, I removed the JS and updated so I thought it would correct but unfortunately not. Can someone please help me figure how to get back in and fix the problem?

    Thanks all, this has been resolved. I went into the code on my server and edited it using texteditor. All gone…but the website is back in style, Yay!
