• Hello,
first of all, thank you for this great plugin!

I have a rather weird issue. I was asked to remove animations from the front page of [ redundant link removed ]. The site uses Elementor and the animations look like Elementor’s Entrance Animations. So, as the documentation says, I wanted to edit the sections that have the animations on them.

However, when I go to the respective element’s Advanced > Motion Effects tab – neither Scrolling effects or Entrance Animation or anything else under Motion Effects is enabled.

I checked for any manual customization of CSS or JavaScirpt code that could have caused this, but I can’t seem to find any.

Can you please tell me, how do I find out where these animations come from and how do I disable them? Thank you very much.

    Petr

Looking at your site, you are an Elementor Pro v3.7.2 user. The developer can’t have a conversation with customers here. That’s not permitted for anyone.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
