Entries Database

I am a VFBpro owner.

Hello I am wanting to know exactly where the entries are kept from an FTP perspective. I want to be able to grab the data from the form via a URL and if it saves the entry in a file on my website I would like to know where I can find it through the back-end FTP on the URL that I use.

I keep reading that it saves the entries right on the wordpress database, but I just can’t find where. Please help.

Is this possible or is the only way to extract the data is through exporting as a .CSV file?
