Entries disappear after a few days of use

  • We are running a contest and after a few days of use (300 max entries) all of the entries disappear. This has happened several times now, to the extent that we download the csv everyday instead, has anyone else had this problem?

    This is very strange. The entries are stored in your database. Is the database table getting reset somehow? Or is the competition ID changing for some reason? Or perhaps the contact form 7 form changing?

    I’ve not heard of this issue before
