Entries disappeared

  • Hello, thank you for the plugin.

    It was installed some years ago, and was doing what is supposed to do. But entries before April 19h have been removed, i cannot see them also in the database.

    The WP version and the plugin version are old, but everything has been working well until recently, what changed and caused this removal?

    Update WordPress, all plugins and themes first.

    Hello @takayukister ,

    We update wordpress + plugins + themes, but unfortunatelly the old entries are not available.

    There is a line in “wp-config.php” file: define( 'FLAMINGO_MOVE_TRASH_DAYS', 3 );

    Could this definition be related to this case?

    What other plugins and theme do you use on the site?

    We don’t use any plugin that interfere with flamingo, as we use them in another websites with no problems. We use: ACF Pro, CF7, Polylang, Loco Translate, Yoast SEO.
