Entries not showing in front page after search

  • Hello,

    Hope you are doing well,

    I have been using Participants database for a while in my site and everything has been working very well, some days ago the search from in the front end stopped working for visitors, If I am logged in as admin the search works, but for visitors not, what can I do? maybe the plugin needs an update?

    I will be very grateful if you could suggest any solutions

    If a frontend function works while logged in, but not if youre not logged in, that usually means that the page is cached and so you’re seeing a cached version of the page and not the actual results from the search. This is because page caches are generally not active for logged-in users.

    Make sure the page with your [pdb_list] shortcode is not cached.

    If you’ve got caching off and it’s still showing the problem, post a link to the page so it can be tested.
