Entries Question

  • Hi, I accidentally deleted an email using one of your forms. If I upgrade to pro, will I gain access to that form? Or will it only start saving new entries?

    Hi @hollywoodonlocation,

    If ever you decide to upgrade to the paid version of WPForms, you’ll be able to store new entries that are submitted to the new plugin.

    WPForms Lite does not have the feature to store entries currently, so the form submissions that are made in WPForms Lite will not available after the upgrade.

    If you’d like to recover deleted emails you may want to look into the ‘Trash’ folder of your email account or reach out to your email service provider for more help with this.

    I apologize as don’t have an ideal solution for this.
