    Sorry only getting back to you now.
    We are collecting a lot of fields, it’s pretty much a questionnaire.

    the cvs download is ok in some fields then in others it is just code/numbers & letters ??
    It would be great if you can advise how to fix this.

    Do you have a screen shot of what you see in the admin panel?

    Are you using most recent version of the plugin?

    Hi,
    I am using version 1.9 of the plugin, is that the latest?
    Is there a way to attach a screenshot? Do I need to email it directly?
