entry animation fails after WP 4.8.2 upgrade

    After upgrading from WP 4.8.1 to 4.8.2, I note that icons for which an entry animation has been defined (slide in down) disappear after the animation. If I remove the animation, the icon remains visible, as it should.

    After upgrading Elementor to ver 1.7.5 this problem still exists!

    I have now determined that the issue is related to using the Genesis / Infinity Pro theme. Switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme resolves the problem, although this is not an acceptable solution for me.

    Lo and behold, when I switched back to the Infinity Pro theme, the icon is now displayed as it should be. There is something happening during the change of theme that ought to be happening during the WordPress upgrade that is apparently not happening, or so it seems to me.
    As far as I can see, this is not an Elementor issue, but who knows?
