Entry Fields are Hidden

When I deselect ‘smartapprove’ the fields are now visible on the directory, but it doesn’t filter the declined entries – such as spam.

I still don’t know what caused all the issues I’ve experienced since upgrading, but now I’ve managed to get it working again by re-approving entries and deleting old entries.

My entries are all still blank. Tried with smartapprove enabled and disabled.. same results.
