Entry Notifications Being Resent

  • Hey, we’re using the free version WPForms for a basic contact form. We’re being re-notified by email of one particular entry roughly once a month for the last five months. I’m trying to track down what the problem is. Is there any way to view the entry logs or email logs with the free version of this plugin?

    We’re not using any other email service (SMTP or etc.), so the emails are sent via PHP.

    Hi jmccallweb,

    WPForms Lite does not store entries, and the entry storage feature is only available for form submission made with any of our paid licenses.

    We do not have email logging in WPForms, but you could try other plugins that are available on WordPress such as the Email Log plugin.

    You could also reach out to your hosting provider for more information with this.
