Entry of the plugin disappeared in the dashboard admin menu

First of all, I apologize for my bad English. I use Google translator.
I have the following problem: The plugin is installed and also works great. However, for some time the entry for it has disappeared in the Adminpanel. Even after I have the plugin deactivated and deleted and then reinstalled, there is nowhere an entry, so I can not edit my playlists.A database back-up I have already made synonymous, but synonymous here no entry appears. Something “jammed” there well. Can someone please help me?
