"Entry sb-widget" can't be removed from main body html.

Using MH Magazine lite theme, but the issue is on all themes.

I can’t seem to remove search box widget (entry sb-widget) from main body of the index page. I can remove it from sidebar menu widget menu, but not the main body. I can’t seem to find the php file to comment out this html out.
