I am just updating the camera club’s evaluations for the next year. I built out new layouts and webforms. I updated the shortcodes on the past evaluations page to the new ones. Nothing is displaying !!!. If I use an older shortcode to a closed webform it works, in displaying a message the webform is closed.

I have Divi in use for the editing the website.

I am looking for any help in troubleshooting this. Current WP version is 5.8.10, PHP is 7.4.33, EntryWizard version 1.3.27

I’ve had no experience with Divi — I suppose it’s possible there is some interaction there that I don’t know about.

But if you’ve been using Ewz on it successfully before, it sounds more as if there is something wrong with the page or the shortcode you are presently working on.

It’s hard to diagnose anything if there is no output at all! Would it be possible to temporarily close the new webform and see if the proper message is displayed? That would tell you that the shortcode is at least being recognized.

Your versions of WordPress and PHP are a little out-of-date, but I don’t think that should make a big difference.

I did upgrade to WordPress 6.6.2 and the issue was resolved. Thanks for your suggestions.
