Envelope option

    The woo commerce services tab allows for the selection of ‘envelopes’ and we have entered one (once packed with the item – as 15.9cm x 15.9cm x 3cm …with the proper min and max weight) which, when weighed, according to the post office should cost about $5 to send yet WooCommerce is giving $20.45. It seems the program is not selecting this envelope shipping option. We have only ‘regular parcel’ enabled. (Shipping class as ‘Canada Post’).

    This product should be shipped for $2-$5 depending on where it is going, but it is coming up as $20.45

    Also since envelops are flat. Does one measure the envelop packed for the various products and add those as envelope sizes. The one the is entered (15.9cm x 15.9cm x 3cm) should accommodate the above product as an ‘envelope or poly mailer’ not a box.
