Envira gallery plugin unsuport symbols?

Hello i have the same problem with media gallery in WP .When I rename title of uploaded images and when add it to the gallery title is not saved this showing oiginal title of the uploaded image . I seen this problem is when use symbol to title . Example original name is with title IMAGE-001?when rename this with Symbols “IMAGE-001”?title is losed and not updated to the envira gallery and media gallery and stay to the original title. When remove this ” symbol , not have this problem.
