Envolve chat by Location

I will be purchasing a theme called Classipress for classifieds. I would like to add envolve chat so that users can have live chats between themselves. My question is the following:– Is it possible to configure envolve chat so that only users within the region selected are listed? The reason is that users will post classifieds based on their region and will communicate based on their region via live chat. Thanks
