eo_map_venue showing map above nav bar when scrolling

    I have tried modifying the style.css and adding .content .eo-venue-map { z-index: -10;} and it does not fix the issue. I have also tried setting it in the “custom css” section of the Elegant Themes Vertex settings to no avail. I have also tried setting it in a div wrapped around the map with the z-index position still it appears above the nav bar. This is only one of the pages encountering this issue. All event pages encounter this issue as well. Thoughts, ideas, magic stick I can throw at it?

    I found setting the z-index of #top-menu.et-fixed to 1001 worked.

    I have a similar problem when on mobile.
    When in event the map shows of correct size for about a second and then suddenly enlarges covering most of the text and the map’s right side is off the page. I have not set any custom css, everything is default.
    Any ideas how to fix this? I’m using a responsive theme.

    Impossible to say without seeing the site – but try switching to TwentyTwelve/Thirteen – if that fixes it then it’s probably the theme doing something. Sorry I can’t be of any more help with that :/
