• I’ve imported a few thousand users from another system. I have set properly formatted EOT dates for them, many of which are years in the past. Reading other threads, I increased the s2_eot_per_process to 100 and manually called ?s2member_auto_eot_system_via_cron=1 again and again. Nothing happens. Zero users are demoted. I thought that perhaps they needed a gateway set, so I set all users to the paypal gateway, but still nothing. I get a blank, white screen as expected when I call the cron page. I’ve enabled debugging but don’t see any errors or warnings.

I’ve read through other threads regarding EOT and haven’t found anyone having this problem exactly. What information can I provide to help figure this out?

    Thanks!

  • White screen can also mean a typo in the code, so check your server’s error_log file, can be useful info there.

I have discovered that the EOT cron is working, but only for recent EOT dates. I entered all the users with an EOT date of 1/1/2001, and the system doesn’t demote them. Can someone tell me what this date should be to ensure they get demoted?

For whatever reason, if the EOT date is 9/9/2001 or earlier, users are not demoted. I can fix this by setting the EOT to 9/10/2001 or later. Thanks for my help! ??
