    Hello, I am testing the contact form on https://redcenergy.com/contacts/ and am getting this red bordered error message: “Epic Failure: could not send the message please try again”

    What would cause this error. I installed the WP SMTP plugin and sent a successful test through it.

  • That’s not a standard Contact Form 7 message. It looks like you have a different contact form plugin installed/activated: Big Contact?

    you are correct. he had both plugins active and I was editing the wrong one. Thank you.
