Episode description length shortened

    Hi I’m having issues with my show notes being cut off as if there is a character limit on them somehow. If there is, I have no idea where to find the setting for adjusting it. As you can see on my feed, I start my show notes with a summary of the episode. That summary doesn’t show in whole and just ends in a “…”. If you look at the actual episode page on my website, you can see that there is much more content to display. My podcast only launched at the beginning of January and this wasn’t the case originally. Maybe a WordPress or Elementor update changed a setting somewhere? I’m using the Tusant theme by SecondLine if that matters. Thanks for any help you can provide with this issue.

  • In the settings for SSP, go to the Feed Details tab, and make sure that “Episode description” is set to ‘content’ and not ‘excerpt’ ??

    It is set to content and not excerpt. I tried saving it as excerpt and then saving it as content again but I still get the same issue.

    Could you make sure you checked it in the correct place? Probably you’ve checked the Podcasting -> Settings -> Feed Details -> Default, and not Podcasting -> Settings -> Feed Details -> Dualitycheck tab.
