EPUB MIME

Hello,

You can add any MIME type by yourself with the plugin, it should not necessarily be included by default. Please visit Media Settings > MIME Types in the admin. It is available for free.

The guide for adding EPUB:

Visit Media Settings > MIME Types, click “Add New MIME Type”, use “epub” as extension and “application/epub+zip” as MIME Type, don’t forget to set “Allow Upload” checkbox, click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page. That’s it, upload ePubs in media library.

Hi, In my version of WP the Media/Settings does not allow adding new MIME Types. Am i looking in the wrong place.

Thank you, I had spotted it after sending the post and all now working well with epub’s uploaded thanks to this plugin.
