    Good day!

I’ve created a profiling assessment that determines the user’s skill set adaptability based on the results. My resulting scales are as follows: Technically Oriented, Customer Service Oriented, Sales Oriented.

There are times that these scales will have the same result. example 10 | 10 | 10. Whichever comes first in the results page is set as first skill, second and third skill respectively.

My question is how does the results page determine or arrange which of the resulting scales comes first if they have an equal value?

    Please enlighten me on this.

I’ve tried accessing the Database. However, I have no luck in finding the answer.

    Thanks.

You should have 3 scales and 4 results.

    Hide your scales.

    Then for each scale create formula like “this-scale > that-scale AND this-scale > other-scale”.

For case like “this-scale == that-scale AND this-scale == other-scale” create result like “You are not oriented”.

This will solve the problem. If you still having troubles, paid support available.
