eRoom wont sync meetings set up in Zoom

    Hi,

    We have generated the API keys and successfully set these up in the eRoom Zoom settings.

    When we click on Sync With Zoom Meetings it successfully completes without any errors, however no meetings appear. We know there are definitely active future meetings set up in the zoom account that should be appearing in WP.

    Are there any specific admin/permission settings required from Zoom in order for this sync to work correctly?

    Please check API keys once again. Most probably wrong APIs were set. Please follow the manual provided.

    Thanks for getting back to me – the API keys have been checked and replaced at least 3 times now and they are definitely correct.

    Thanks for reaching us here!
    If you are absolutely sure of the correct API keys. There might be a conflict with cashing/optimizing/minifying plugins and they may block some eRoom functions to run properly. So, please deactivate other plugins and use our plugin purely. After that, activate the side plugins one by one, to find which one exactly is affecting. Make sure that there are no caches in your browser and server.
    But this kind of issue usually does not occur when API keys are correctly set.
