EROOR – document.getElementById(…) is null

  • Hello,

    I have problem with Cookies plugin combined with your theme. I try Complianz and CookieYes, but both makes problem. Complianz have Error 500. Now i try CookieYes, it returns this error:

    Where is the problem? You can fix it?

    We will discuss about this issue with our support team. i hope they will help you about this.

    Also, I think it’s not a theme issue. it’s a plugin issue.
    I suggest you please contact to the plugin author.

    We try another browser and console log this (i disable plugins, which could be a problem).
    Google Chrome log this problem:

    Now log this. Is it that problem?

    I try Complianz and CookieYes, but both same problem. Please, recommend me cookies plugin?

    Hi @fixait

    We did some changes to our theme code. Please update the theme to the latest version.

    Hopefully, it will resolve your issue now.

    Also, for the other issue, we think it’s not a theme issue. it’s a plugin issue.
    As we suggested before you need to contact the plugin author for this.
