Error messages on theme

I just did a fresh instal of WordPress and installed this theme: https://wp-themes.com/fanwood/?TB_iframe&width=1239&height=557 from the Admin back end. I got these to errors after installing:

And this error on the site itself:

Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/********/public_html/bethemiddleman.net/wp-content/themes/fanwood/library/functions/core.php on line 32

(note the stars are added because my host uses my full name there. I use godaddy. Any idea how to change that?)
