    Hi @tichadev

What’s the version number of the iOS where you see this problem? We checked the linked page on iOS 14.4 and it loaded fine for us:

But when you go to the iPhone and scroll the slider, there is an error, which is in the screenshot

Do you mean that you can load the page fine, and can scroll on it, and everything is fine until you reach the first slider? If you temporarily disable Smart Slider 3 plugin on your site, and visit this page, do you still get this error?

I noticed you have around 114 slides in the 3 sliders. I’m wondering if that causes the performance problems on your phone. Can you try removing two sliders from the page? So check the page when you have e.g.: only slider one, or only slider two, or only slider three on the page, but not the other two.

I look at the iphone 12. For example, a page where there is only one slider: https://dinaint.com/v-dekabre-2020-goda-kompanija-dina-interne/. The page opens, the slider scrolls through several slides, and an error occurs. Also, if you select a slide from the list of slides at the bottom of the slider, the same error occurs.

    Hi @tichadev,

I checked your page but I couldn’t reproduce the issue, the page didn’t broke at me. However, I have noticed, that the slide switching is very slow. Can you try to publish one of our template to your page? Can you see the error with this slider? https://smartslider3.com/free-thumbnail-slider/

Yes, well, I created a separate page and placed a slider in it, here is the link:https://dinaint.com/smart-slider-test/

    Hi @tichadev

And do you see the problem on this test page, too?

We checked the page on the previously mentioned iOS 14.4 and we didn’t see any problem on this page either. Are you using a different iOS version? What’s the version number?

Can you share a screen record where we could see what are you doing exactly before the problem happens?

I’ve uploaded a video here for you where you can see that it works fine for us:
