    Jetpack not work for my site profesionalnitenis.com

    It shows message: “We were unable to get your stats just now. Please reload this page to try again.”

    I use WP 4.0.1 and Jetpack 3.2.1

    I tried to disable all plugins and then run Jetpack but not work.

    Also, I clear browser cache to see if it would be helpful but without any success. Same message appear again.

    Your site doesn’t seem to be properly connected to WordPress.com at the moment. Could you go the Jetpack menu in your dashboard, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click on “Disconnect from WordPress.com”? Once you’ve done so you’ll be able to reconnect to WordPress.com by clicking on the connect button at the top of the page.

    If you experience issues when reconnecting, can you please use Jetpack’s Debugger module to send us some more information about your site?

    1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
    2) Click on the Debug link appearing at the bottom of the page.
    3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
    4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
    5) Click the “Contact Support” button.
