Err, I need help :/

Okay, I searched and I didn’t find anything so…..

I’ve been trying all night to find a decent plugin for smilies, but there is always a problem with them. I found the TinyEmotioncon plugin, installed it, and activated it… but I don’t see it. I don’t have the Rich Editor it says you need to use it, anyone know where I can find it?

Or, does anyone know a smiliy plugin that works?
