    Hello,

    I bought the pro version to be allowed to see videos and images when displaying posts on my website.

    The problem is that now it gives me the following error:

    Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CACHE_MISS

    And I think it is because of this error that some avatars of people who commented don’t appear. And the number of likes doesn’t appear showing a loading gif the whole time. The number of shares and comments appear, but the likes counter keep loading all the time.

    Probably the this errors will fix if I fix this error: Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CACHE_MISS
    But I don’t know what it is about. Cache? But what should I do?

    How can I fix this issues?

    Best regards.

    Hey azhpo,

    This is actually a Google Chrome bug and not related to our plugin. I receive the same error in the browser’s JavaScript Console when viewing any website in Google Chrome (try viewing the Console for this www.ads-software.com page for example). You can find out more about the bug here. It shouldn’t affect your site in any way and hopefully they’ll have a fix out soon.

    My problem is not that error!
    My problem is that as I said above, that some avatars of people who commented don’t appear and the number of likes don’t appear, showing a loading gif the whole time.

    Hey azhpo,

    I apologize, I thought your issue was the error and forgot to address the middle part! It sounds like a JavaScript issue, could you send me a link to the page on your site where you’re displaying the feed so that I can take a look? Could you send that information via the Support form on our website? We’re not allowed to support paid products on this forum and so support all Pro users via our website.

    Many thanks,

    John

    Hello again,

    This are the errors I receive:

    Invalid App Id: Must be a number or numeric string representing the application id.
    FB.getLoginStatus() called before calling FB.init().

    If this are not the errors that cause this I will send a PM from the support forum. Are these the errors causing this issue?

    Best regards.

    Hey again ??

    Those console warnings are just related to Facebook’s “Like box” widget which it embeds into the page and wouldn’t be causing the issue. It’s usually just a theme related issue and if you’re able to send me a link via the Support form then I can let you know the best way to resolve the problem.
