  • Hi JohnyBlaze,

Where do you see this “ERR_CACHE_MISS” show up?

In the error logs? On your site?

I don’t think that’s a AWPCP-specific error, so it would help to understand the context a bit more. Can you post a screenshot of what you see?

    Hi JohnyBlaze,

Since we previous identified that you are on shared hosting, I suspect this is another symptom of your site being unable to load properly because of a lack of system resources, in this case, through your database. If it happens intermittently, this is the most likely cause here. Another way to verify this–try to reproduce it when you have high traffic vs. low traffic. I suspect it will be easy when your traffic is high and difficult when the traffic is low. Again, that’s another indicator that your system is simply unable to handle the load because of the hosting plan you’re on.

As we mentioned, AWPCP does require a reasonable level of system resources to function properly. That means 256MB of RAM (minimum) and a database connection that doesn’t have SQL limits on it (like number of queries, threads that can be created, length of query execution–all of which often exist on shared hosting).

I don’t have limit in my hosting and I previous proved the problem is not hosting but query….

    problem occurs on several servers.

You mentioned this error happens on logout. Logging in and out isn’t a function of AWPCP, it’s a core WP function, so if you’re seeing this error on logout, something else may be going on.

Walk me through exactly what you do to reproduce this error.

Also, you say this happens on several servers. Are these WordPress instances all on the same physical machine under the same hosting account?

What version of WP and PHP?
