ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE is killing me: Help!

  • I have new theme and plugin installs of WordPress on GODADDY hosting my theme support have tried to help me solve this issue of error.

    3 week ago something happened when i tried to save or update my content so i spoke to my theme support who have tried everything, after they told me to contact my hosting company. after speaking with them it was clear they could help cause they said its not hosting problem but ask WordPress support. the issue is i get this error every-time i want to save or update content i get this
    “mydomain.com didn’t send any data.
    ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE”

    Surprisingly, if you want to access /wp-admin/themes.php or widgets.php it is fine. It lets you in the dashboard and you can add/edit content. but not Update or save

    The rest of the admin menu works fine. this is my last resort to solve this issue

    Please help!

  • Seems like a plugin or theme is conflicting here.

    What is your URL?

    I recommend disabling plugins one by one until the public facing site comes back. If that fails, try switching to a default theme and see if that fixes it, with the plugins still disabled.

    *IMPORTANT: Backup your files and database before doing this!

    I have tried disabling all plugins that didnt work it was working fine until the new update of WordPress.
