ERR_EXTERNAL_PLUGIN_ACCESS

I′m trying to use Live chat in https://www.epsiloningenieria.com.mx/new_site/ ,sadly the server provider has a number of firewalls enabled and instead of the control panel I get the message “ERR_EXTERNAL_PLUGIN_ACCESS”.
I installed the chat at a test site on a hostgator server and it works great, the server provider asked me what ports ia the plugin using so he can disable the firewall on the specific ports. Can you help me?
