ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

    Front end pages are not loading I keep getting ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

    I cleared all cookies and cache, reseted all UM configurations, deactivated all plugins and even changed the theme and I keep getting the same error whenever UM is activated.

    I don’t have any redirects or restrictions.

    Any ideas?

    Do you have the latest version of the Ultimate member installed?
    Do you have this error on all pages or only on the certain pages.

    I got UM Version 1.3.88

    Homepage gives too many redirects errors
    Default registration is ok but default login and profile give too many redirects errors
    Page containing shortcode [ultimatemember_password] is OK
    Page containing shortcode [ultimatemember_account] gives too many redirects errors

    The website is https://staff.grecofitness.com

    Hi @tonio514,

    Please go to these pages and check if you have any redirects active on the Ultimate member access widget.
    Please also check Ultimate member -> settings -> access tab and make sure your site is accessible to everyone.

    There are no redirects on the restricted pages’ UM widgets and I just changed the settings at Ultimate member -> settings -> access tab to allow the site to everyone so the pages are only restricted at the custom UM settings on each page’s UM widget.

    I cleared cache on my browser and still getting too many redirects error when logged in.

    Hi @tonio514,

    Have you set any redirect after login in Ultimate member -> User roles -> your user role?
    Please also try to remove any custom access restrictions on UM pages and see if your issue goes away.
    You can also try to reset Ultimate member settings in UM -> Settings and reset all button, you can save your current settings in the advanced section.

    Problem solved, I actually had to resave permalink settings.
