Help please! Anyone, I am getting a ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. There seems to be a conflict between Elementor and Woocommerce. If I disable Elementor and run only woocommerce plug in, i can log into my dashboard. If I enable Elementor, I can’t access my dashboard again, and vice versa. If I disable woocommerce and run only elementor, everything works fine.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Well that would definitely not be directly related to running Elementor and WooCommerce together, since thousands of us do, and that doesn’t happen. So something else is going on but exactly what will take some sleuthing. https://kinsta.com/blog/err_too_many_redirects/ is a good start. You may need to get your host involve to help sort it out.

By any chance do you have another Woocommerce addon? I’ve seen addons cause weird issues, so keep both Woocommerce and Elementor running but deactivate the extra Woo addon plugins and see if that makes a difference.

Thanks for your response @cavalierlife. I have come across a few of the same articles as you have mentioned, yet that doesn’t help. This problem occurs only when running Elemetor and Woocommerce plugin together. I have no other woocommerce plug in enabled at this point. Not even woocommerce admin or my payment gateway.

Are you using Pro? If so, you’ll need to open a support ticket at my.elementor.com. www.ads-software.com rules state that commercial products are not supported here.
