    Hello there. I recently had this Redirect error message “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS” showing up on my Google Chrome browser.

    For sake of clarity, I don’t have a Redirection plugin activated on my site, nor custom redirects on my server and I’m not using Yoast SEO Premium which enables that. I’m using the free version. Since Wordfence is installed on my site, I’m hoping it can tell the cause of the problem, but nothing yet. I’ve cleared browser cache, yet same issue. In fact, I can’t even read my Privacy Policy, About Us or Contact Us pages from the main site unless I go to the pages inside WP admin (which I’m still able to access). I’m using Zox News, downloaded from WPLocker. Any help on this? Thanks.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    And thanks for clearing your Chrome cache—have you tried a different browser, to see if your site is accessible there?

    It’s also possible that you could have a plugin conflict. You can try deactivating your plugins one by one to isolate the one that’s causing the redirects.

    Lastly, if those options don’t work: you can try disabling Wordfence to see if the error stops. If it does, you can switch the firewall to Learning Mode: https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/learning-mode/

    Thank you Tiffany.

    I checked my plugins, deactivating them all but the issue persists.

    Then I discovered that my homepage (set as Front Page) was not published but saved as “Draft” instead.
    Therefore, whenever I try to access the homepage, it will enter an infinite redirect loop, because the only plugin set to redirect all 404 broken link to homepage could not find the homepage.

    And now, Wordfence is in Learning mode.
