    Hey,

Every time i try to open my website it says The page is not working properly – worksinpolitics.com redirected you too many times.

I am at a complete loss at what has caused this. I’ve tried clearing my cookies – this didn’t work. This happened shortly after downloading the “ultimate member” plugin so I tried disabling the plugins without access to my wordpress dashboard but my computer will not allow me to rename the folder in order to do this.

Anyone have any ideas on what has gone wrong and how i can fix the issue?
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi @kittybo

Do you have access to your server? You can disable the UM by changing the directory name in /wp-content/plugins/ via FTP. I suggest that you contact your hosting provider to assist you with retrieving the SFTP/FTP access details or CPANEL access so you can rename the directory.

    Thanks for your advice!
I solved the issue by de-activating the ultimate member plugin (the last one i downloaded) via my wordpress homepage & i can now access my website again.
